The New Psychology of Winning is about slowing down to gain speed, being accurate in your actions, winning more consistently, realising you will fail at certain things, that there is always a way and it may be unconventional.

JoAnna believes in applying agility, mindfulness, balance, adaptability and patience as a better path to consistent success. Audiences learn the five directions pattern for turning fear and barriers into confidence and innovation. JoAnna has three belts in martial arts [Taekwondo, Kenpo Karate and Shori-Kyu Karate]. She uses the philosophies and training to show what the masters know and how to do what masters do.

This session is a new slant on breaking through whatever is holding you back, finding your personal motivation and increasing your willingness and confidence to win in business and in life!

[Can include a Board Breaking Exercise if you choose. Participants must sign a release form to break a board.]

JoAnna is one of the most inspiring, genuine people I have met. Not only was I captivated by what she had to say, the personal insights I gained were amazing. I have learnt so much, had so many ah-ha moments and quite a few 'of course' moments too. JoAnna has a way of helping you see what’s in front of you so you can connect with your truth and figure out the changes you need to make. And she does all of this in such a genuine, supportive way. I’m looking forward to working with her further.
